I
was the opening act for show business legend Carol Channing for a concert in Ft.
Meyers, Florida.
In addition to doing my show, I also got to be part of Ms. Channing's
performance.
She has a part of her show where she does some 'shtick' with her
opening act about a diamond ring---which sets up her song, "Diamonds Are A
Girl's Best Friend."
The good news is that the opening act gets to keep the diamond ring.
The bad news is that it's only a ten-cent prop. |
